All customers should be aware that CULLMAN-JEFFERSON GAS is NOT responsible for payments made on websites other than at CJGAS.COM. Payments made on DOXO and other online utility/bill payment websites are not sent to CJ Gas immediately. DOXO andothers can take weeks for CJ Gas to receive a paper check in the mail. Your account can be subject to late fees and penalties such as Service Cut-offs. Those payments go through several companies and banks before a check is generated and mailed to us with your account information. DOXO and all other websites that provide online payment services HAVE NO affiliation and ARE NOT AUTHORIZED to accept payment on behalf of CJ Gas.

Pay Your BillYour Customer number and PIN are required to Pay-by-Phone on the automated IVR telephone system. Your Customer Number and PIN can be found on your bill. ACCEPTING VISA, MASTER CARD, AND DISCOVER.

Call 844-756-2093Cullman-Jefferson Gas customers have the option of paying their bills by automatic bank draft. This is a free service that will save you money and valuable time. If you sign up for payment by bank draft, you will still receive your monthly bill indicating "Paid by Bank Draft." All that is required is a completed application and a voided check - no deposit slips.
If interested email, phone or stop by our office to request an application. Include your complete mailing address, telephone number and customer number. We will gladly mail you an application today!
When paying by mail, never send cash; always mail a check or money order. Write the customer number on the check/money order and include the bottom portion of the bill in the return envelope provided.

Cullman-Jefferson Gas offers a Budget Billing plan for customers that wish to have the same payment amount each month. To be eligible for Budget Billing you must have been a customer at the same location for at least 12 months and have a zero balance on your account at the sign up date. The sign up date is only during the month of April. Please call or come by our office for more information.
